Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lunara ("the Service"), a private membership-based community owned and operated by BelkZ Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Membership and License

Membership to Lunara is granted at our sole discretion and is subject to application and approval. If accepted, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Payments and Subscriptions

The app is free to download and applying is free. Nothing is charged before your application is approved, and an approved account can use the Service without paying.

The Service also offers an optional paid membership, sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are shown in the app before you purchase, and you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms of sale.

A paid membership does not change how applications are reviewed or how accounts are verified, and it does not exempt an account from these Terms. If we terminate or suspend an account under these Terms, any remaining subscription period is forfeited except where refunds are required by applicable law.

User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BELKZ VENTURES LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State].

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
